Creating and Submitting Your Work

SpeakWrite accommodates a variety of dictation methods, affording you the chance to have us do your work with little change to your normal way of doing business. You can use the telephone, a Smartphone application, our proprietary SpeakEasy software, or your traditional recording methods to create your dictation, then easily submit it to our system for transcription.

Telephone

You may dictate by telephone directly into our system simply by calling our toll-free dictation line at (800) 968-3428 from any phone, entering your account number and PIN and following the automated prompts. Begin dictating when instructed and hang up the phone when you are done. Your work will automatically be submitted to our system and immediately routed to a typist for completion. (More)

SpeakEasy Dictation Software

SpeakWrite has developed a proprietary free software that allows you to dictate directly into your computer, then upload your dictation via the internet for transcription. SpeakEasy is not voice recognition software; it is simply another means by which you may transfer your spoken word to our typists for transcription. (More)

Digital Dictation Device

If you are accustomed to creating your dictation using a digital dictation device, SpeakWrite can accommodate that as well. Simply 'save' your digital file to your computer and submit it to our system by email, web upload or using our SpeakEasy software. (More)

Recorded Tapes

With SpeakWrite you are also able to compile your dictation using a mini-cassette recorder. You can record your dictation using this device as you normally would, then play this recorded tape into the phone using an adapter cable, upload via SpeakEasy or mail your recorded tapes in to our tape processing center. FAX in your work

If you have existing handwritten documents or hard copies that you need in digital format, you can submit them to our system via FAX and have them transcribed as any other job. (More)

FTP Upload and Delivery

We have the capability to setup FTP (File Transfer Protocol) connections for your organization for submission of your dictated material. If you are interested in using this method of job transmittal, contact Customer Support at (800) 828-3889.
